• When ordering tickets, please notify the Box Office of any special accommodations you may need.
• Please inform the Box Office if you will be attending with an assistance animal so that the best accommodations can be provided for your companion.
• Ordway Center ushers will help you obtain large print and Braille programs as well as assisted listening devices.
• A schedule of ASL interpreted and audio described performances can be obtained by contacting the Box Office at 651-224-4222 or by checking our ASL/AD Shows page. A program insert describing the symbols that are used in interpretation is available in the Patron Services room, or ask an usher.
   

CONCIERGE SERVICES

One of the many benefits subscribers to our Theater Season receive is use of Ordway Center’s Concierge service, the first in the nation for a performing arts center. Consider having special chocolates or a bouquet of flowers placed on the theater seat of that someone special. Do you want some hard-to-get dinner reservations? Looking for a unique dessert option for your post-theater experience? Call Ordway Center’s Concierge forty-eight hours before the show, at 651-282-3114.
 

ADDITIONAL PATRON SERVICES

An usher will be happy to check your camera, recording equipment, cellular phone, or pager as these items are prohibited in the theater. Pagers are attended during performances and urgent messages are delivered immediately.
