Children from across Minnesota are invited to submit original artwork for the 2009 Flint Hills International Children’s Festival ARTcontest. Artists are invited to explore their own visual representation of the theme: Flights of Fancy. One entry per grade level will be selected for feature on the 2009 Festival Poster and receive a modest cash prize and recognition at a reception honoring young artists.
The submission deadline for 2009 is February 24, 2009. Submissions can be mailed to: Or drop them off at any M&I Bank Locations around the Twin Cities.
