ARRIVING AT ORDWAY CENTER
The main doors of Ordway Center for the Performing Arts will be open one hour prior to the start of the show. For your convenience, please aim to arrive 30 minutes prior to show time to allow for sufficient time to find assigned seating, review program notes, visit the washroom, etc.

Before entering the hall, to avoid waiting in lines at the bar or concessionaire area, you may pre-order an intermission beverage  and/or dessert of your choice before the show begins. Your beverage  and food will then be waiting for you  at the bar or concession area at the beginning of intermission.

WINTER WEATHER

The weather outside might be frightful - but Ordway Center's shows remain delightful! As long as the highways are open, we are too and the show is going on!

INSIDE THE THEATER

INSIDE THE THEATERS
The lights will dim to signal the beginning of the show. Talking, coughing, humming, unwrapping cellophane-wrapped candies, rummaging and any other disruptive behavior is distracting and disrespectful to the performers and the rest of the audience. We ask that you be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies to perfumed fragrances. Please remain in your seats until the show has ended and the house lights have been turned on.

LATECOMERS

In the interest of all patrons and performers, latecomers, patrons who leave the auditorium during a performance and late returnees at intermission will be seated according to the wishes of the artists and at the discretion of the management.

CAMERAS, RECORDING EQUIPMENT, CELLULAR PHONES, AND PAGERS
Please have all cell phones and pagers turned to the silent mode. Cameras and recording equipment are strictly prohibited in the theatre. Please check these items with an usher.

PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES

Wheelchair accessible seating is available in all price ranges. When ordering tickets, please indicate any special needs you or other patrons in your party may have.

For the hearing impaired, Ordway Center is equipped with an infrared listening system. Listening devices are available at Patron Services for all performances at no charge. Please see an usher when you arrive.

Ordway Center offers ASL interpreted and audio-described performances for our patrons with hearing and visual impairments. Specific ASL/AD performance dates can be found here. Please see an usher to obtain a large print or Braille program.
